2019 Fall Theological Conference

“Forward Faith”

We'll gather under the theme of "Forward Faith." Together we will celebrate the call to serve as leaders together while reflecting on congregational vitality.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

We're excited to welcome Rev. Wesley Granberg-Michaelson to join us! Wes was the keynote speaker at the 2019 Conference of Bishops Retreat this year and Bishop Terry was so impressed, he invited him to join us! Wes served as General Secretary of the Reformed Church in America for 17 years, from 1994-2011. Earlier he was Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Mark O. Hatfield and Director of Church and Society for the World Council of Churches. His speaking and ecumenical work takes him to all corners of the globe. Presently he serves as Chair of the Board for Sojourners, and is working on future publications.

Dean's meeting, First Call Theological group meeting, opening worship, keynotes, Bishop's hour

Tuesday, September 10

Keynotes, free-time, closing worship (dinner church!) and The Blanket Excercise.

Wednesday, September 11

Enjoy breakfast and sabbath time and prepare to journey home!
